Assistant Professor of Psychology
Dr. Zachary Silver began studying canine intelligence during his time as an undergraduate student at Illinois Wesleyan University. He continued his canine studies at Yale University where he earned his M.S., M.Phil., and PhD degrees. Dr. Silver joined the faculty at ¿ì²¥É«ÇéƬ in 2023 and founded the Canine Intelligence Lab shortly thereafter. Outside of his canine studies, Dr. Silver and his black lab mix, Maritza, enjoy exploring Los Angeles’ various bodies of water on their stand-up paddleboard.
