Drop-In Chats are informal drop-in spaces run by Emmons therapists. Unlike therapy, you don't need to make an appointment, fill out any paperwork, or commit to a schedule—just show up and talk with a licensed professional who is there to support you!

We understand thatÌýblackÌýpeople need and value individualized supportive space that is away from mainstream stereotypes and judgment.ÌýBlackÌýVoicesÌýserves as an informal space that offersÌýblackÌýstudents individualized support, attention, advice, or connection. Our facilitator ofÌýBlackÌýVoicesÌýis Larissa, an African American professional therapist, who affirms that students can talk about any and everything under the sun. Drop in upstairs in the ICC!
